Penned in the Margins @ The Spitz: Thursday 15th March

THURSDAY 15 MARCH Doors 7pm, first act 8pm.
The Spitz 109 Commercial Street, London E1 6BG

Penned in the Margins

PINM returns to The Spitz on Thursday 15 March to unleash more spoken word magic on East London. Don't miss former Libertines literary collaborator (and Forward Prize nominee) Tim Wells and lyrical remix duo Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip. Plus spoken word phenomenon Ventriloquist with full band and Anticon Records signing SJ Esau.

The evening (part of Shot from the Lip) will feature a mix of live poetry and leftfield music, with dark surrealism, soulful songs and riotous tales about middle class girls. Tickets are just a fiver and are selling like hot cakes from www.wegottickets.com/event/15207 (tickets also available on the door).

For more information about penned in the margins please don't hesitate to drop us a line or visit www.pennedinthemargins.co.uk. Our regular event at The Spitz is supported by Arts Council England.

It sounds like a cool show. I'm most interested in the spoken word.
