Apples & Snakes at the Soho Theatre: Wednesday 4th April

Apples & Snakes in Soho: Where the spoken word takes centre-stage

Attention - the spoken-word/theatre crossover is here! And tonight we’ve got four of its brightest stars under one roof, each presenting an extract from their latest show. Mixing poetry, music and visuals, this line-up is guaranteed to amuse, intrigue, captivate and challenge in equal measures.

Featuring the talents of:
Julian Fox: solitary lo-fi meanderings from the late-night Radio 4 raconteur.
Kat Francois: a rhythmic powerhouse of autobiographical verse and stories.
Stacy Makishi: literate, multimedia strangeness to flip your mind inside-out.
D’Archetypes: hiphop-tinged, vaudevillian soap-operatics. With costumes!

Brought to you by Apples & Snakes, England’s prime movers of performance-poetry.

When: Wednesday 4 April 2007 @ 8pm
Where: Soho Theatre, 21 Dean Street, London W1D 3NE
Tickets: £8 / £6
Book: 0870 429 6883 / www.sohotheatre.com
