Poetry On the Buses in Oxford: Wednesday 21st March

I received this information last week from Reading-based poet & MC AF HARROLD:

Wednesday 21st March – Poetry On The Buses, in Oxford. 10am-3pm.
Well, some bright wag at Oxford Brookes University has decided it would be a good social experiment to put performance poets on a variety of buses and see what happens. And I’m one of those poets. I don’t know anything about buses, and especially not ones that run to Brookes and elsewhere in Oxford, so it could be interesting. Among the other poets also being tested are Steve Larkin and Alan Buckley.

Actual information might be found by clicking on this link. At least it’s a chance to see poets quite cheaply.

Wednesday 21st March – Bus Stop Slam, at the Port Mahon, Oxford.
In the evening.
After we all get off the buses some of us, at least, will be taking part in some sort of slam event over at the Port Mahon. I don’t have many details about this, but I expect it’ll costs a few quid on the door and start around 8 o’clock. Jolly good.
