National Dream Tour
National Poetry Day brings you the Dream Tour – an opportunity to see four of our finest living poets performing from their work on stage.Representing Wales, England, Northern Ireland and Scotland, the voices of Gywneth Lewis, Patience Agbabi, Gearóid MacLachlainn and Robert Crawford will bring contemporary poetry vividly alive in the UK’s capital cities during the first week of October, culminating on National Poetry Day itself.
This tour is made possible by our partners at Academi, the Poetry Society, the Scottish Poetry Library and the Seamus Heaney Centre.
